DESCRIPTION:All boats welcome! Yacht Club Membership is not required. \nSchedule of events: \nFriday\nPreliminary Meeting of Competitors Pre-Race Meeting at the TRYC    6 pm (required) \nSaturday\nRegistration Closes*                                 0930\nWarning gun for starting race                 1100\nTrophy presentation after the race. The bar will be open. \n*All registrations must be completed online at the The Regatta Network Website   \nPHRF Ratings Certificates \nThis is a PHRF Race; PHRF Rating will be used.  For any boat lacking a valid PHRF certificate\, a performance handicap rating (calculated in seconds per mile) will be assigned by the SailFest Regatta Committee using regional PHRF data as a guide. \nPHRF Handicap Boats will register and compete in one of the two fleets: Spinnaker\, NonSpinnaker \nEach race will have a separate course on the Toms River and Barnegat Bay \n  \nRegistration and payment will only be available online at\nhttp://www.regattanetwork.com/event/30288\nRegistration and payment must be completed by 0800 on day of race\nAll notices will be posted to the TRYC whiteboard by 1000 on day of race\n$40 online for the race \n  \nStart and Finish at the TRYC dock.  All boats must check in with the Dock Committee before starting\nAll awards will be given at the Awards Ceremony immediately following the race. Up to 3 places will be awarded in each fleet depending on # of entries.
