DESCRIPTION:All A-Cat sailboats welcome! Yacht Club Membership is not required. \nWhere:  Island Heights Yacht Club (Island Heights\, NJ) \n Registration:  11:00-12:00 PM at Island Heights Yacht Club. \nSkipper’s Meeting: 12:00 PM on the south side (rear) of the IHYC \nHarbor Gun: 12:30 PM \n1st Race Start: 1:00 PM \nLast Race Start: NLT 3:00 PM \nNumber of races: 2 planned\, all races will finish at IHYC. \nStarting Sequence: Per RRS 26 (e.g. 5-4-1-start\, with automated horn system) \nRace Area: Toms River\, Start & Finish IHYC Dock \nCourses:  Windward/Leewards with possible offset TBD. One race will constitute a regatta. \nSpecial Rules:  Single turn for fouls \nRacing Instructions will be distributed at the Skipper’s Meeting. US Coast Guard approved life jackets must be worn while on the water. All life jackets must have a whistle. \nAwards: \nTop 3 (participation allowing) \nWinner will be presented the Toms River Rotary Governor’s Cup & Wanamaker Trophy \nAwards Ceremony: Island Heights Yacht Club \nQuestions / Information: Island Heights Yacht Club (Island Heights\, NJ) \n(Please Note: this is not an official SailfestNJ managed event.
